Every ride, every speed and every service record lives on your phone. RocketGT has no backend to upload them to, so they are not sold, not analysed, and not breached. Syncing between your own devices goes through your own iCloud, which we cannot read.
The single exception is the check-in, and only when it fires: if you stop hard and do not answer, your location goes to the contact you chose. Nowhere else, and never silently.
